Hours Entry Process:

  1. If the account requires hours to be entered, click on ‘Hours’ – this process can be skipped for the Monthly Dues since that does not require hours
  2. Choose ‘Hour Type’ (Work or Import – you will most likely use Work for your regular routine.  If you ever need to track apprentice hours separately, we could add Hours Type Apprentice in the future.)
  3. Select Department - currently Masons is the only option – more options can be added in the future if needed.
  4. Enter the hours as reported by the employer in the empty field next to each worker
  5. Click Submit – this will generate charges and will return to the transmittal form list for the employer
