Allocate payments to individual workers

  1. Click on the account button (it will say the name of the account with the payment amount in parenthesis) 
  2. Enter the date (it is optional to enter the time)
  3. Enter the amount withheld in the blank field next to each worker
    1. You can use the arrow button in the current balance column to enter the current balance as the amount withheld if the amounts match.  It will speed up data entry if everyone’s balance zeroes out each month.
  4. Click Submit – this will return to the list of transmittal forms

 

Enter any other accounts following the same process above.  Once all accounts have been entered and reviewed for accuracy:

  1. Click Edit on the transmittal list
  2. Change Status to ‘Complete’
  3. Click Submit
